Privacy Policy

Effective date: 8 October 2026Last updated: 8 October 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Mobility Zone Corporate Services Ltd (“Mobility Zone”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal data. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

  • Legal name: Mobility Zone Corporate Services Ltd
  • Registered address: FD, First Floor, Incubator Building, Masdar City, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
  • India office: Hyderabad, India

This policy covers:

  • Our website, including its consultation enquiry form;
  • Our services — legal, corporate and immigration services in the UAE and India, such as company formation, PRO services, visas and Golden Visas, document attestation and apostille, trademark registration, legal drafting, HR services, business and GST registration, IEC and FSSAI licences, ISO certification and NRI services; and
  • Our social media management application (the “App”), built on the Meta Platform, which we use to publish content to Mobility Zone’s own Facebook Page and its linked Instagram professional account.

We follow the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, the “PDPL”) and, for visitors in the European Union or European Economic Area, the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) where it applies.

Effective date: 8 October 2026

2. Information we collect

a) Website visitors

Consultation enquiry form. When you request a consultation, we collect:

  • Full name (required)
  • Phone number (required)
  • Email address (required)
  • The service you are interested in (required)
  • Your message (optional), and any information you choose to include in it
  • The date and time you submitted the form

The form also contains a hidden anti-spam field that real visitors leave empty. We do not use it to identify you.

Technical data. Like most websites, the web server that hosts our site automatically records standard access logs, which can include your IP address, the date and time of your visit, the pages and files you request, the referring page, and your browser and device type (from the “user agent” your browser sends). These logs are kept by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.

Browser storage. Our website does not set cookies. If you choose a colour theme, your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage (see section 6).

Other contact. If you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number or email address, your name if you provide it, and the content of your messages.

b) Customers and clients

  • Contact details: name, phone number, email address and postal address;
  • Billing details: billing name and address, invoices and payment records;
  • Communications: emails, messages, call notes and meeting notes;
  • Where a service requires it, the information and documents needed to deliver it — for example passport, visa, Emirates ID or residence details, certificates to be attested, company and shareholder information, and trademark details. We only ask for what the service you request needs.

c) Via Facebook and Instagram (Meta Platform)

When an authorised person connects Mobility Zone’s Facebook Page and Instagram professional account to the App, we receive from Meta only:

  • Basic profile information of the person who connects: name and Facebook user ID;
  • Facebook Pages they manage: Page names and Page IDs;
  • The linked Instagram professional account: account ID, username and name;
  • Access tokens issued by Meta, and their expiry dates;
  • Content published through the App: text, images, videos, captions and publishing schedules, and the post IDs Meta returns after publishing;
  • Basic engagement data on the business’s own posts (such as reaction, comment and view counts), if the App reads it.

We do not collect Facebook or Instagram passwords, private messages, posts from personal profiles, or follower data beyond what Meta returns for the business’s own content.

3. How we use information

Website and services

  • To respond to your enquiry and arrange your consultation;
  • To provide, manage and invoice the services you request, and to communicate with you about them;
  • To keep our website secure, prevent spam and abuse, and fix technical problems;
  • To meet our legal, regulatory, tax and accounting obligations;
  • To send marketing messages, only where you have agreed to receive them (see section 14).

Meta Platform data

We use data received from Meta only to:

  • connect Mobility Zone’s Facebook Page and linked Instagram professional account to the App;
  • publish and schedule content to that Page and account; and
  • show the results of publishing — post status, post links and basic engagement on our own posts.

Meta Platform data is never sold, licensed or rented, never used for advertising profiling or targeting, and never used for any purpose beyond the App’s functionality described above.

5. How we share information

We share personal data only as described below:

  • Service providers who act on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations: our website hosting and database provider; our email providers (we currently use Microsoft Outlook and Google Gmail email accounts); and the technology provider that builds and maintains the App.
  • Meta Platforms — the content you ask the App to publish is sent to Meta so it can be posted to Mobility Zone’s Facebook Page and Instagram professional account.
  • Government authorities and other parties needed to deliver your service — for example immigration, licensing or attestation authorities, where you ask us to act for you.
  • Authorities when legally required — courts, regulators or law enforcement where we must comply with the law or protect our legal rights.
  • Business transfers — if our business is merged, sold or restructured, personal data may transfer to the new owner, who must continue to protect it in line with this policy.

We do not sell or rent personal data or Meta Platform data, and we do not share it with data brokers or advertising networks.

6. Cookies and analytics

  • No cookies. Our website does not set any cookies.
  • No analytics or advertising tracking. We do not use analytics tools, advertising pixels or tracking scripts on this website.
  • Colour theme preference. If you pick a colour theme using the palette button, your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage under the name mz-palette. It stays on your device, is never sent to us, and contains no personal data. You can remove it by clearing your browser’s site data.
  • Google Fonts. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). To deliver the fonts, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address and browser information. Google processes this under the Google Privacy Policy.
  • Links to WhatsApp and other sites. Our WhatsApp buttons and partner links are ordinary links. Nothing is loaded from those services until you click them.

Disabling cookies and storage. You can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings (usually under Settings → Privacy or Security → Cookies and site data). Our website works fully with cookies and local storage blocked; the only difference is that your colour theme will not be remembered.

If we add analytics or other cookies in future, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

7. Storage, security and international transfers

  • Where data is stored. Our website, enquiry database and App data are hosted by third-party hosting providers that we select for their security and reliability.
  • Encryption in transit. Data sent between your browser and our website, and between the App and Meta, is encrypted using HTTPS (TLS).
  • Protected storage. Enquiries are stored in a database outside the public web folder, so they cannot be reached from the internet. Meta access tokens are stored encrypted.
  • Access controls. Only authorised Mobility Zone staff and service providers who need personal data to do their work can access it.
  • International transfers. Because we serve clients in both the UAE and India, and because some of our service providers (including Meta, Microsoft and Google) operate internationally, personal data may be transferred outside the UAE. When this happens, we follow the PDPL’s transfer rules — for example, transferring to countries with adequate protection, or using contractual safeguards that require the recipient to protect the data to an equivalent standard.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect personal data using appropriate technical and organisational measures.

8. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy:

  • Website enquiries — for as long as needed to respond and follow up, unless you become a client.
  • Client records — for the duration of our relationship and afterwards for as long as UAE or Indian law requires us to keep them (for example, for commercial, tax and accounting purposes).
  • Server access logs — for the period set by our hosting provider.
  • Marketing preferences — until you unsubscribe, after which we keep a minimal record so we do not contact you again.
  • Meta Platform data — only while the Facebook Page and Instagram account remain connected to the App. We delete it within 30 days after the App is disconnected, the App is removed from Facebook or Instagram, or we receive a deletion request (see section 11). Expired access tokens are not reused.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you and receive information about how we process it;
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • Delete your data;
  • Restrict or object to our processing, including processing for direct marketing;
  • Data portability — receive your data in a structured, commonly used format, or have it sent to another organisation;
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that took place before you withdrew it;
  • Complain to the UAE Data Office, or, if you are in the EU/EEA, to the data protection authority in your country.

How to exercise your rights. Email vr.consultantz@outlook.com or write to us at the address in section 16. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act on your request. We will respond within 30 days.

EU/EEA visitors. If the GDPR applies to our processing of your data, you have the rights listed above under the GDPR, and our legal bases are those set out in section 4.

10. How to revoke Facebook and Instagram access

You can disconnect the App from Facebook and Instagram at any time:

Facebook

  1. Go to Settings & privacy → Settings.
  2. Open Business Integrations.
  3. Select the App and choose Remove.

Instagram

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Open Website permissions → Apps and websites.
  3. Select the App and choose Remove.

What happens afterwards. Once access is removed, the App can no longer publish to the Page or account or read any data from Meta. We delete the stored access tokens, profile information, Page and Instagram account details, copies of content and post IDs, and engagement data within 30 days. Posts already published remain on Facebook and Instagram until they are deleted there, because they are hosted by Meta.

11. Data Deletion Instructions

To ask us to delete the data the App holds about you or your Facebook Page and Instagram account:

  1. Email vr.consultantz@outlook.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
  2. Include the name of the Facebook Page and/or Instagram account connected to the App, and your name.
  3. We may contact you to confirm the request comes from someone authorised to make it.

What we delete: Meta access tokens; your name and Facebook user ID; Page names and IDs; Instagram account ID, username and name; content, captions and schedules stored in the App; post IDs; and engagement data.

Confirmation and timeframe: we complete deletion within 30 days of receiving your request and email you a confirmation when it is done. Content already published on Facebook or Instagram is hosted by Meta and can be deleted directly on those platforms.

Removing the App from Facebook or Instagram (see section 10) also starts deletion automatically within the same 30 days.

12. Children’s privacy

Our website, services and App are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it. Where a service concerns a child — for example a family visa — we collect the child’s information only from their parent or legal guardian.

14. Marketing communications

We send marketing messages — such as news about our services — only if you have agreed to receive them. Submitting an enquiry does not sign you up for marketing.

You can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by emailing vr.consultantz@outlook.com. We will still send messages needed to deliver services you have requested.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices, the App or the law change. We will post the new version on this page and update the “Last updated” date below. If the changes are significant, we will also let you know by a notice on our website or, where appropriate, by email.
